From fall 2017 to spring 2018, the Swiss Post embarked on a 6 month roadshow across Switzerland, equipped with 4 interactive applications to present their many new services and products.

The Swiss Post is gradually reducing the number of postal offices all over the country. In some cases, business-partners provide the same services to the local community, “My Post 24” self-service stations are introduced at strategic locations, or digital tools are replacing the traditional, physical approach altogether.

In an effort to communicate these changes efficiently to the local population, the Swiss Post embarked on a roadshow equipped with 4 interactive applications that presented the many new services and products.

The visually appealing and easy-to-navigate apps are used as a self-service tool as well as a dynamic slide-deck during official presentations. The many products and services are grouped in 4 categories, and an individual application was created for each of these categories: Sending, Receiving, Money Matters, and Online Services.
